Preparado con camarones de la regi\u00f3n curtidos en jugo de lim\u00f3n, cebolla morada, pepino y el caracter\u00edstico picor del chile chiltep\u00edn o habanero, el aguachile es una explosi\u00f3n de sabor en el paladar. Asimismo, los ceviches de pescado, sierra o camar\u00f3n, servidos sobre tostadas crujientes, son la entrada perfecta para cualquier comida frente al mar o en la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El Toque Dulce: La Tradicional Capirotada<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para cerrar con broche de oro, la capirotada es el postre rey de la Cuaresma. Esta preparaci\u00f3n tradicional consiste en rebanadas de pan tostado ba\u00f1adas en un jarabe de piloncillo con canela y clavo, intercaladas con queso adobera, pasas, cacahuates y pl\u00e1tano.
